3 Ropes painted the exterior of our stucco house this past summer and I'm finally getting around to writing a review. From the start, Jake got back with me right away and came to give use an estimate. He also lined me up with a a great handyman to take care of a couple of things prior to the job. They were booked a couple of months out, but when it came time to do the job, they started on time and they worked hard to meet our deadline, since we were getting ready to leave town. Everything went smoothly, and I was impressed by how hard our painters worked in the 100+ degree heat! The house looks awesome and I have absolutely zero complaints. All of the stucco cracks and gaps were filled in and it looks like a new house. I will not hesitate to use 3 Ropes again. ~ David S
Getting your house painted is a big thing, so I looked around, got some quotes, and decided on 3 Ropes. Jake responded quickly and I felt very confident in his knowledge and his suggestions. He was patient with me while I picked colors (no pink tone for me) and sampled several of them on my house. Once the work began, I was impressed with the crew..Teresa and Hannah, and was glad they were assigned to us. They were knowledgeable and hard working and paid great attention to detail. The process was new to me, and I’m sure I drove Teresa crazy with my questions, but she never let on and always had time to explain or listen. The house turned out great and I love the results. I feel like I got a high quality job and I would say that if you need some painting done… they’re your go-to company. ~ Luey S
Three Ropes Painting repaired a patio wall for us that had been built with untreated wood posts set into the ground. Over time the sprinklers caused the wood to rot, and the wall was starting to tip over. I was concerned we would have to replace the entire wall at great expense. 3 Ropes saved the day! They jacked the wall up, removed the rotted wood, installed treated wood posts, built the base up so water can't pool. They then rebuilt and restuccoed the parts they had to remove, and matched the paint perfectly. They also made sure the gate to the back patio was aligned and closing properly. The work was done quickly, the wall is now level and sturdy, and it still looks great a year later. They did an awesome job and we’re really happy with the repair. ~ Ember W
