Three Ropes Painting repaired a patio wall for us that had been built with untreated wood posts set into the ground. Over time the sprinklers caused the wood to rot, and the wall was starting to tip over. I was concerned we would have to replace the entire wall at great expense. 3 Ropes saved the day! They jacked the wall up, removed the rotted wood, installed treated wood posts, built the base up so water can't pool. They then rebuilt and restuccoed the parts they had to remove, and matched the paint perfectly. They also made sure the gate to the back patio was aligned and closing properly. The work was done quickly, the wall is now level and sturdy, and it still looks great a year later. They did an awesome job and we’re really happy with the repair. ~ Ember W

3 Ropes painted the exterior of our stucco house this past summer and I'm finally getting around to writing a review. From the start, Jake got back with me right away and came to give use an estimate. He also lined me up with a a great handyman to take care of a couple of things prior to the job. They were booked a couple of months out, but when it came time to do the job, they started on time and they worked hard to meet our deadline, since we were getting ready to leave town. Everything went smoothly, and I was impressed by how hard our painters worked in the 100+ degree heat! The house looks awesome and I have absolutely zero complaints. All of the stucco cracks and gaps were filled in and it looks like a new house. I will not hesitate to use 3 Ropes again. ~ David S

Jake and his crew (Josh & Teresa) were absolutely incredible in helping me with my painting project that was time-sensitive and had to happen while I was completely remote. They kept me updated on the progress of the project, the communication was timely and precise. The crew is very detail-oriented, and I appreciated their suggestions on trim, paint types, etc. Long story short, they transformed the interior of the disaster I purchased into a space that is light, bright, and ready to become a home. We just had the out side of our home painted by 3 Ropes Painting Company. They painted all of the outside trim including sheetrock, major stuco repair on our court yard and roofing repairs in addition to taping and painting all of the exterior doors and replacing all the weather stripping. Each person assigned to the project was professional in their skill level. They were very very good to to work with and kept us apprised of their daily schedule. There is not a single thing that happened with the weather and changes in schedule that wasn't communicated in a flawless manner. They were meticulous .On a scale of 1-10 they rate a ten in our book. My wife and I recently had 3 Ropes Painting paint our entire 2700 square foot home including the garage, garage doors and a storage room. The end result was wonderful. Trying to hire professional tradespeople in Utah can be the most frustrating experience. They dont show up when they say they will...sometimes not at all. If they do show and perform the agreed upon work the quality is questionable. Not so with Jake at 3 Ropes!!! He shows exactly at the agreed upon time. He does quality control visits as his very able staff are doing the work. He calls his clients to confirm they are satisfied with how the work is going. Honestly, Jake has so much integrity! We moved into our new home in Cedar City which was pristine and clean....except it had miles of Wallpaper Border and Trim THROUGHOUT the entire house! We had the amazing team 3 Ropes Painting come and remove every single inch. The whole project took about as much time as they had initially estimated....which was several days! Every one of the 3 Ropes Painting Team Members were EXTREMELY professional. They were overly careful and protective at all times. Upon project completion, you would NEVER know there was ever any Wallpaper Border and Trim. Not a trace!!! No lines!! No drips!! No tears!! Not a trace!!! They even provided us samples of each of the different types of Wallpaper Border and Trim from the various rooms. I would NEVER expect ANYONE could have done a better or more professional job!! I tried to contact about 6 painting companies, but 3 Ropes was the only one who promptly called me back. They were very knowledgeable and came out quickly to give us an estimate. They painted our whole downstairs, which is about 1,800 ft², encountering a few problems along the way but not charging us more than they estimated. The painters were extremely hard-working and kind. I asked for a chalk wall for my son’s room. After talking to a few friends that had heard about these guys I went ahead and gave them a try. I know chalk walls can be quite challenging and I am SUPER PICKY! I talked to Jed and sent him some pictures of what I wanted they came did their measurements and did an AMAZING job!! Excellent Professionals! I hired 3 Ropes to paint our new home in Enoch, UT. They arrived early every morning to ensure paint was dry before afternoon winds picked up. Very happy with the the finished product. Communication was excellent. Something that lacked on every other subcontractor we used.
